One of the things I value most about working at Digipal is the people. Both the management team and my colleagues are incredibly supportive, approachable, and collaborative. Everyone communicates openly and professionally, which makes day-to-day work smooth and enjoyable. What stands out the most is the culture of support. Whenever challenges arise, you can always reach out for help, and both teammates and managers are genuinely committed to finding solutions that work best for everyone involved. That level of trust and teamwork creates a positive and productive working environment. The clients and projects are equally professional and engaging. Every project I’ve worked on has presented its own unique challenges and opportunities for growth. Beyond the technical aspects, collaborating with international teams has been particularly rewarding, providing valuable exposure to different perspectives, work styles, and cultures. Another aspect I greatly appreciate is the flexibility of the work schedule. It allows for an excellent work-life balance while maintaining a high level of productivity and responsibility. The combination of a supportive culture, strong leadership, engaging projects, and flexible working arrangements has created an environment where I can continue to grow both professionally and personally.

Some projects are relatively short-lived client engagements, which can sometimes make long-term project stability and future planning less predictable. However, this is a common aspect of agency work, and the company is proactive in seeking new opportunities and projects whenever a client engagement comes to an end, helping to minimize uncertainty and maintain continuity for employees.

Working for Digipal is giving me the opportunity to have multiple full-time jobs at once, which means having more freedom and financial stability. It’s remote, doesn’t smell like corporate culture (which I hate, tbh), and is very straightforward.

The cons would be the project itself, but this isn’t really Digipal’s fault—I know everyone will have a different experience, but for me, the project isn’t the best. It’s not for growing as a developer or learning something new; more like just doing your job and making money off it. This is okay, since I have other things to do. The other cons are unpaid vacations, which is expected for a B2B contract, but still—it’s not having that benefit. I hope it will change in the future.
