Digistorm is a great inclusive place to work, with a lot of initiatives to connect employees together and build friendships. Company wide milestones are celebrated and staff members seem to be acknowledged for their accomplishments. Great bunch of people to work with. A lot of room for growth if you are a proactive person, suggestions of changing of processes or tools are welcomed with open arms and ownership of the process can be taken. Staff is respected and trusted to work autonomously remotely or in the office without constant check-ins from management. Great product to work on, with a lot of opportunity for growth.

Problems are not always addressed by management and when they do, the turnaround time for any change to be actioned is large. There is a lack of management in certain areas of the business which leads to a lack of quality control and an uneven division of workload. Work/life balance is 10/10

The management truly cares about their staff and are invested in ensuring their team are happy at work. They offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities for role growth.

The company is scaling fast as they have been successful in Australia and overseas. It can be hard to keep the whole team pulling in the same direction during a time of fast growth.
