      I wish I could give this a a negative star review. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Only good thing was the coworkers. The management team sucks.

      They expect you to ramp up in 3 weeks or you get fired. They don’t have any adequate training videos or processes to help onboard you or let you know the product, they throw you into demos your 2nd week and expect you to be fantastic and fall under their standards or they fire you. They make you do SDR & AE roles while only getting paid for AE. They don’t have any structure. They let go of people frequently.

      Remote work Pay is okay They sometimes listen to us

      No work life balance The CEO will have run with whatever wild idea he wants without thinking it through. Just laid off almost everyone on my team and now we are struggling to stay afloat. Every week our team health is critical and it’s never addressed. The CEO will micromanage you and later try to defend it by saying you don’t understand the big picture. No one from the VPs/c-suite actually had decent experience in what they’re doing so everything is on the fly and poorly thought through. No formal HR department so everything related to that is always a hot mess as well.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your honest feedback. We strongly value your views, they are essential for helping us understand where we can improve. As a growing start up we are operating in challenging times and there is a lot we are learning along the way. We are looking to invest in teams for 2024, new leadership roles and more tooling for our current teams. HR isn't structured yet, however we do have our Operations team who are working hard to try and deliver on people requirements.
