Great work culture, everyone works together to knock out the more difficult issues. Prices are very reasonable. Customers always come first.

Limited open hours of business

Good pay, good training, fair management who understood their employees and worked with them.

High stress environment, lots of responsibilities. Because the business was a startup in an already competitive industry, management was (understandably) anxious and stressed, and that trickled down into the work environment for the employees. Up sales targets made this worse; few people want to buy a $30 glass screen protector, but we were expected to sell these to a certain percentage of customers, which was unrealistic. Things may have changed since this was in 2018 or so.
