Enjoyed the WFH which provided me with flexibility for my schedule with young kids and WLB. The company tried to stay ahead of the curve which provides us many things to learn from and I have developed personally through the learnings.

For a small SME to try new things and innovate, it brought about frequent changes and lacked routine. As soon I got used to a work routine, there was introduction of new processes.
- Verbally abusive boss who goes on an angry tirade almost daily from the beginning
- Disorganised
- Zero onboarding
- Long working hours with unclear job scope
All of these lead to a high turnover rate.
