Enjoyed the WFH which provided me with flexibility for my schedule with young kids and WLB. The company tried to stay ahead of the curve which provides us many things to learn from and I have developed personally through the learnings.

For a small SME to try new things and innovate, it brought about frequent changes and lacked routine. As soon I got used to a work routine, there was introduction of new processes.

I was working under full-time contract for almost 2 years with the company producing and managing content for clients Pros include a wide range of projects to work on, results-driven ethos, autonomy with content direction once mutual trust with the team was established. It was a good platform for me to improve my skills and confidence before being offered a larger role at another organisation.

Lack of structure and very lean team (that worked to my favour but not suitable for the ones that required more guidance)
