+ Lot's of opportunity to impact; not all is paved yet + Small team (total approx. 60 employees), everyone knows each other well + Diverse team (over 15 nationalities) + Great office location on the canals at the city center of Amsterdam

- A lot of information is in the heads of the team members & not documented clearly yet --> can be tough for on boarding or back ups - Some roles have a wide scope, due to the start up nature of DIG --> limits focus
