      Nothing. This is the worst place to work in BD. I wish nobody has the misfortune of working here.

      This is a one man company. The CEO, CTO , HR are just one person. The CTO attack the developer verbally. No work life balance. You won't be able to sit quitely a single moment. The CTO will motion you in his CCTV camera whole time and call you instantly. He will also monitor your PC.

      Easy onboarding, good customer service, great pay, decent benefits

      They are happy with you as long as you please the client. If you have anything negative to say about the client, as in, you're working 12-15 hours/day consistently for a year, and you're doing the work of three people, and you've expressed some dissatisfaction with this - watch out. You're 'being difficult.'
