good to gain experience there

Nothing bag, good experience, close to station

I worked in Digital Jungle as an intern for 2 months. Then changed into full time employees and got promoted as team leader in 6 month's time when my supervisor left for England. It's a great place with multi culture backgrounds. Chinese employees are around 70 %. Great place to accumulate your digital knowledge and pave your way for future career. The clients and workload are challenging, but compared with other agencies. It is a balanced choice. Over time is just occasionally.

The salary is not competitive enough compared to other Big 4A Agencies. But understand, big agency won't accept intern without any experience as full time employees. For foreign employees, It is more of a journey or stepping stones to a higher level of career. I reckon, it is the same for most of the Chinese employees.
