The owner never pays unless there is revenue coming so you might 6. work but never get paid. 7. Hiring unqualified people to manage just because they are close friends to the owner.

      I very much enjoyed all of the hands on repairs and upgrades I was responsible for. The debugging of problems was also a welcome challenge too.
