      I was always impressed with the CEO and leadership folks. There was a real empathy about how they managed the company.

      Toxic environment. Middle management attacks their employees instead of encouraging and supporting them. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes and instead blame, demean and attack the very people that are trying to help them. It's very much a cover your behind type of environment. So if you like to be verbally abused, demeaned and work in a combative environment then this is your place.

As I've always done over the years, I would ask that if you really are a "current employee" with DO that you setup a meeting with myself to discuss the above. Everyone's experience has its own context, so if what you described above is really happening, then I'd love to hear why and work with you to address it. What's been described above is not the culture I believe we have here at DO, so let's work together to improve what you're experiencing. Thank you.
