Lots to learn technically. The workers are brilliant and willing to teach others about the job.

It is a small company with lots of turnover. The hiring process is very stringent. The salary is on the low side.

Excellent compensation and benefits, including 401k w/match, medical, dental, and vision. Employee stock purchase program available. Nice accrued vacation time when allowed to use it.

Site largely isolated from headquarters and not a part of overall corporate strategy. No truly attainable site goals. Senior leadership team engulfed in personal politics. No potential for career growth. Employee morale extremely low.
