During my short stay here, I suffered humiliation, toxicity and the pressure to deliver without any induction. You'll be abused, shouted at and humiliated in front of the entire office.There is no team bonding and there is departmental politics at every step. The HR department is of no help and are extremely unprofessional. There is no coordination amongst them and each person will give you a different answer. The senior management has no time for employee grievances and will ask you to sort out the problems by yourself. There is a lot that I wanted to write but can't because of the guidelines. But avoid joining here. Don't fall for the positive reviews here. The organisation is extremely toxic.
