DIGITAL STORM IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY - Recensione dipendente - Assembly Technician presso Digital Storm

I worked for them for 2 years and it was the worst job I've ever had. Favoritism, low morale, poor management, high turnover & really low pay are just a few things that made the experience working there a nightmare. I loved building PCs and enjoyed working with computer hardware but the poor management and especially the low morale is what truly makes the work environment there just awful. The owner is a very argent and greedy man we had to call "Mr Chana". He walks around micro managing the place and has management under his thumb. I was really positive when I started (even thoe I was making minim wage in the Bay Area) but after the 1st month I saw how things are there and it just got worse after that. I started making pre builds and after 2 months I was making full custom builds and after a year I was making custom liquid cooling PCs including the Aventum. After all the work I did for them I could see I was on there "favorite" side because of my attendance and capability's but things were still unfair and on the day I quit the owner talked to me in private and says he would give me a raise (that I was suppose to get 8 months ago) and I said no but then he added that I can work on the weekend if I wanted. I left with an extremely negative outlook on the company and I would never recommend Digital Storm to anyone.
