      Work from home available but nothing else

      There is no stability for job or money. They hire and they fire in no time. They fire without notice and wont even follow the India labour law of month one pay . Bad coding techniques used and bugged management . The management is inexperienced and unprofessional .

      Thank you for the feedback. In the history of our company, we had to make difficult decisions of letting someone go due to performance issues or unaccepted behavior that violates company policies. Company takes hard decision in those cases after couple of warnings over a period of time. As per the employment contract, in such cases, company is not required to serve full notice period of 30 days. However, we have paid everyone up to their last working day. We are sorry things didn't work out the way we had hoped for. We wish you the best.
