I've been working for DigitalWebProperties since January 2015. I started out as a copywriter and quickly advanced to the position of manager. I was willing to learn, and the company was eager to teach me. This is something that I have always appreciated about DWP. Most positions within the company are open to entry-level applicants. In other words, if you're very good at English, you can be hired regardless of previous work experience. Everything that comes after that (e.g. Wordpress & SEO skills) will be taught to you by managers. Because the company is still growing, it constantly looks to promote new employees to new positions, so there are plenty opportunities for growth. Other pros: - Good salary and benefits (e.g. bonus based on performance) - Great office space! - Friendly atmosphere and great co-workers. I have never met so many intelligent and interesting people. - Helpful managers. - Training sessions on request: you can book weekly trainings with one of the managers as part of your working schedule. - The opportunity to learn about SEO, online marketing, content marketing, social media etc. These are valuable skills that can be used to apply for other jobs in the future. - Paid overtime

DigitalWebProperties isn't perfect. As I mentioned, the company is still growing, and in order to streamline its processes, the management team is still struggling to find the perfect working plan. You have to work hard. I guess some might consider this a con, but I think it's the reason why we call it "work". You will never be asked to work overtime (unless you want to, and you will be paid for extra hours). However, during work hours you cannot sit idly in front of the PC and scroll social media channels :). I was always passionate about my work, so I never considered that I was working hard. I always felt that I am given the opportunity to learn skills that are invaluable in this day and age.
