Flexibility of remote opportunity is the only good thing

No job security, no growth

Zero!!! Absolute garbage product... No pros..

1. It is a directionless sinking ship with no job security. Hire and Fire policy. You can get fired even in one or two months unethically with no justifiable reasons. So please be aware. 2. The India leadership is full of arrogance and toxic politics and favoritism. Company's VP / so called CTO codes any random app on his way back to his home, just to save his own job in the company and to showcase that they are adopting that culture, and repeatedly points out in company's town hall and knowledge sharing meetings that other people should not even stay in this company if they are not using AI tool ( LOLz ... who does that) 3. They don't have any proper financial backing nor proper customer. 4. They lure people in saying some nice things about the company - like they have funding and all, but in reality they don't even have proper office space, the bangalore office is more of a 2bhk flat. 5. Despite the bad job market please avoid this company whether you are a fresher or experienced, they will lay you off stating "performance issue", There are cases people were employed for just 12 days to a month. Stay away from such fraud company and save your career. 6. CEO of the company who has zero vision about the product. 7. In entire so called "6 month probation period" you are not allowed to take more than 2 leaves, any leaves taken beyond that will be considered as LOP.
