DBRG was once a strong place to grow and work alongside high-caliber professionals. Earlier teams were execution-oriented and took pride in ownership. In recent years, however, many of the strongest contributors have left. There is a noticeable gap in talent and accountability. Too many people delegate without truly understanding the work, which creates inefficiencies and slows progress. The firm has potential, but culture and talent density need attention.
