The work culture is genuinely relaxed and professional at the same time. There's excellent bonding between employees, people are like close friends who genuinely look out for each other. The office has flexible timing policies, so arriving early or adjusting your schedule isn't an issue. Great amenities including a well-stocked pantry and spacious cabins and meeting rooms that create a comfortable working environment. The office has positive vibes overall. Campaign leads and senior team members are incredibly supportive, kind, and approachable, they're always willing to help and mentor. The collaborative atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to work daily.

Upper management (CEO/COO level) can be quite demanding when it comes to work hours and expectations. There's sometimes a disconnect between leadership and employee well-being, they may not be considerate about when people leave even if they arrived early, which can lead to unplanned overtime. The intensity and pressure from the top can occasionally risk burnout. More awareness about work-life balance at the executive level would significantly improve the overall experience.
