      - Teams are sometimes split between offices, making it hard to justify 2 days a week in the office if you'll be still be taking calls online - Bi-annual company-wide promotion structure does not allow flexibility for individuals to be promoted when their ready

      Digitas is an incredible organization comprised of some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. The clients, the people, the work... all incredible and I'm grateful for my time there.

      Politics can sometimes get in the way of growth, but that is pretty common in the industry. The only other watch out is for folks that are considering exploring other capabilities/crafts, they may not be as receptive to that as they lead on.
