My overall impression: a place that may look decent from the outside, but internally has a serious problem with the way people are managed.

The company itself may not be bad, but the big problem is the people leading the teams. In customer support, there is a strong focus on unrealistic targets, and the pressure comes from all sides. There is a lot of talk about being a “family,” about smiles and support, but in practice employees are expected to stay quiet, nod along, and put up with everything without questioning it.
HR is not there for the employees. If you complain or point out a problem, you quickly realize that this is not welcome. The impression is that obedience is valued more than quality of work. Many people come across as unprofessional, and the atmosphere is not healthy.
If you have no other option, it may work as a short-term job, but in the long run this kind of environment is exhausting. Especially if you work in customer support, expect constant pressure and targets that have little to do with reality.
Also, do not be fooled by the talk about hybrid or remote work. Formally, it looks like you have a choice, but it becomes very clear that the “choice” is not really a choice. There is pressure to come to the office, even if it is not always stated directly.
