Alternate Saturday's are working day. Deadlines without any estimations. No proper estimations. No process for any development/testing work. Having only 1 and small product with only couple of clients. No respect to low/high experience guys from management. HR is like Rubber Stamp. Doesn't have even single rights on employees.
