Vantaggi
Collaborative culture with nice people overall and no big egos. Work life balance is okay (depending on the team).
Svantaggi
Dignari is a good place to get your foot in the door, but not a good place to grow your career. There is a lack of growth opportunities and upward mobility (aka no promotions). With the lack of upward mobility, there is also no financial incentive to stay - make sure to negotiate your salary, because you'll be stuck with that number until you leave. Additionally, there is no commitment to training and developing their people - it's very much a sink or swim environment with no onboarding or support. Teams here are small so managers heavily play favorites, and most managers here are terrible at actually managing their people.
