Not a good experience...stay away! - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Diligent

The office is small and very dirty. There are not enough desks for the people that work there and everyone is always having to move around. The bathrooms are dirty and for weeks there was no running water on the 3rd floor location. There are boxes and junk everyone. It is a place I was not proud to work. The executive team is subpar at best. The CEO is horrible and condescending, could not stand him. It is not a culture I would want to work which is why I left. It is a young team overall and just a "throw things against the wall approach" to see what sticks. They did not have systems or data that would allow people to do their jobs.
