Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you felt supported as part of the Diligent team, but regret you believe you didn’t receive the training you needed. Continuing to improve our onboarding and training programs has been a constant priority, and recently we created a revamped new hire program that we’re beginning to roll out across our global offices. The feedback from our first round of groups has been stellar and we strongly believe the program is going to make a meaningful difference. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
