In particular, it’s great that you’ve enjoyed the best of both worlds: the flexibility afforded by working from home – which will continue to be important for our valued team – as well as the benefits of being in-office (and we’re certainly excited to return later this fall!). As importantly, it’s gratifying to hear you’ve felt supported around mental health and are excited about our DEII initiatives and ERGs; all of these are ways in which we’re focused on empowering our people to succeed and thrive within our global community.
To your other points, you’re right that we have continued to make strategic acquisitions in support of our GRC vision. While we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure as smooth and seamless an integration as possible, we know that, naturally, there can be bumps along the way. If you ever have feedback or ideas on ways that we can improve, we would love to hear them. Additionally, our Customer Success teams are the cornerstone of our success; they are an essential reason why our clients trust Diligent and build longstanding relationships.
