We do appreciate how much change there has been at Diligent recently, including strategic acquisitions we’ve undertaken to help us achieve our leadership position in governance, risk, compliance, and ESG. We’re very focused on integrating our solutions and teams as seamlessly as possible so that we can bring to market a unified platform for our clients. Any complex integration process can present inherent challenges, but we’re laser focused on continuously improving wherever we can to get things right as best we can.
Our clients’ needs always come first and have been the main driver of our ongoing efforts to transform our business. The changes we have and continue to make have been in direct response to their feedback on how we can better serve and support them. We know that hasn’t always been easy where there have been impacted colleagues, and we have done everything we can to meaningfully support those employees. However, we do believe that the steps we’re taking are the right ones to grow and scale our business – which benefits us all in the long-term.
For all our team members, we also strive to demonstrate our appreciation with competitive total rewards packages that factor in competitive dynamics, performance and reviews, and more. We are also proud of what we’re doing to uphold ESG commitments within our own company and to protect our planet, give back, and move the needle on diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality.
