Doing the right thing is so important for us as an organization. Acting with integrity no matter who is looking — for our clients and our team — is one of the foundational success traits that help us sustain the momentum we’ve created. To the corporate environment, our culture is constantly evolving, especially as we continue to integrate our recent acquisitions and bring in new team members. Our goal, as we grow, is to strike a balance between engagement and scaling our processes, systems and employee experience. Our social committees, employee resource groups (ERGs) and office leads are always working on creating even more opportunities for balance, connection and fun. This includes initiatives like game nights in Budapest, Pride events, bring your kids to work days, BBQs, Global Day of Service, team meet-ups and more. Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
