It’s so great that you’re experiencing a positive work culture and finding plenty of opportunities for advancement and growth — and, of course, that you’re happy with the pay and benefits. We’re also glad that you’re feeling the importance we place on a good work-life balance through introducing initiatives like Recharge Weeks, two additional paid weeks off to rest, recharge and reconnect with all the things you love!
We hear your feedback on agility and are actively working to improve in this area. We are continuing to invest and build new ways to improve overall operational excellence, and this will be a strong focus for us over the coming year. With regards to keeping staff apprised of changes, our monthly Town Halls, intranet, Slack Company News channels and regular email updates from ELT have all been designed to improve communications and keep staff informed of what’s happening in the business, but we’re always looking for ways to improve. If you have specific recommendations on how we can better communicate, please do share those with your ELT member.
