Design department is a mess - Recensione dipendente - Product Designer presso Diligent

Worked at the design department for over three years. The two guys running the show are part of an older dysfunctional team. They have very little knowledge and have ignored multiple requests for improved leadership and processes. My manager eventually was honest enough to let me know that I would be let go because my salary (American USD) is worth that of two employees from Budapest. Unethical, unprofessional and incompetent.
