The best thing was always the people I got to work with everyday. Smart, dedicated people with a great collaborative culture and willingness to share experiences and lessons learned. New incoming leadership teams with good ideas and strong vision Excellent employee benefits with competitive salaries and unlimited time off + international assignments + leadership development and training budgets. I was promoted 4 times during my tenure and also helped to move others up. I feel there was a semblance of a meritocracy.

We grew very rapidly during my time there and now is / has been the time to restructure and recompose. The business cadence is different and some people are not used to this change in pace. I believe this will smooth out over time.

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
