Everything was good but getting bad day by day

Everything was going well until the Global leadership team decided to make changes to India leadership team , They brought in some people as leaders who started imposing policies , rules , micromanagement which was never needed as everything was going smoothly both for company and employees .All these changes instead of boosting productivity is acting in reverse . People were forcefully put in PIP and made to resign , Also heard that there have been a major salary cut taken place middle of the year for certain teams.The HR team is a complete mess they just exist for namesake

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
