Ok company to work for - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Team Manager presso Diligent Group

It's been 6 years that I am working here and has been a great journey so far! Great flexibility while incorporating timely deliverables which helps me to strike a balance in my work life. Management is quite transparent and is easy to communicate with! They appreciate and recognize employees' achievements which motivates me to strive harder! I truly value my association with Diligent group!

Am the one of the victim for this company. I strongly suggest and urge you PLEASE DON’T JOIN WITH Diligent Group LLC consultancy. They don’t take care of you and your visa processing. They miss all your documents. Never answer your calls. You have to follow up with those regarding timesheets, pay, and medical benefits. Biggest thing LCA and Ur H1B or GC process. They don’t know how to apply H1B with proper documents. Due to their negligence my H1B Extension got rejected. They spoiled my dreams and Carrier.. Please avoid this company.
