COLD, cold management--no I take that back. FRIGID managers that stare at you as though they think you are an idiot, plus one that cannot be spoken unless necessary, and the owner acts like you do not even exist. He doesn't even say hello! This is a company that has less than 20 people in the office, but he can't even say hello. No radio, no laughter, and no conversation other than bare minimum for work related conversations. The strangest place I have ever worked at. They MICRO--manage every move, and I mean EVERY MOVE!
