There are no pros for this company. Better you remain jobless than getting fired out without notice or anything. I have seen at least 30 to 35 peoples fired out of the company.

The technical person that is the owner it self is not knowledgeable at all. I hope what he is doing atleast he is aware of it. The work culture is too bad you need to work on SUNDAY AND SATURDAY.
