Vantaggi
I’ve been working at Ding for a few months now and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, the onboarding process was smooth and organised and everyone has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help - especially during busy periods. My team is small, supportive and highly collaborative. We always listen to each other’s ideas, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across departments. The culture overall is young, friendly and inclusive with approachable people and a strong focus on collaboration. The work environment is fun, fast-paced, and exciting, offering plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and progress in your career. I already feel like I’ve grown a lot in a short time and feel fully supported by both my team and management. The company also offers great benefits, including health insurance, a pension plan, and a hybrid working model that allows for flexibility while still encouraging in-person collaboration. The office itself is a lovely space, easy to get to, with an on-site barista serving fresh (and vegan-friendly!) coffee and breakfast options. There’s a genuine focus on employee wellbeing, with lots of support available and a clear sense of where to go or who to talk to when you need help. Overall, it’s a great place to work - an exciting, collaborative environment where the people truly make the difference.
