Not many cons, lot's of great stuff

Coworkers are friendly and are approachable.

Well it looks like they are adding fake reviews now. However, the company does not pay well and one shouldn’t join if you aren’t at the HQ in Ireland. If you are at another office, your benefits will be a train wreck. Management does not communicate well and the c level executives are all clueless. If one really studies quarterly reports then you would know the reports have no factual backing. Plus, the business model is risky and laughable. Dumb and dumber with these folks.
