For office based staff, salary may be higher than standard market rate. However, given how horrible of a workplace Dingbro is, its not worth it. Like most places, the people actually doing the work and generating the profit for the owners, are all down to earth and easy to get along with. They all deserve to work somewhere that treats them with respect.

I could write a novel for the Cons section. This review is more relevant if you are an office based member of staff however if you are applying for a depot position the only thing you need to know is that you will be paid minimum wage, expected to work long hours and treated very poorly. If you are applying for an office based job you will be walking into one of the most toxic work environments possible. Every director position at the company is filled with members of the owners family. All senior management positions below them are filled with yes men and sycophants. If you want somewhere you can progress your career, even if you are starting at the bottom, Dingbro isnt the place for you. The culture at Dingbro is one of ego and bullying across the company. To give an example, the team I worked in had raised serious, written complaints about a manager and the general frustration and unhappiness caused by the manager and the culture as a whole. A senior member of staff responded (to multiple written complaints by a full department) with something similar to "if they are unhappy they can leave". They simply do not care about their staff. I really regret taking the job at this company, and if you are considering joining then I would urge you to reconsider. I wish I was able to read my own review before I started so I might have done the same.

Not under pressure. Days go quickly.
