I've seen multiple people in my time cry due to how they were treated. Family members of the company founders, at all levels, have a different set of rules to follow, making it difficult for non-family members to complete their job. Each time you speak to management they lead the conversation to stories which prompt you to compliment them. Anyone who is not related to family and are casual have little to no job security. It is very common for people to work overtime.
