lack of trust culture - finger pointing backstabbing and ass covering - not productive no body knows what is going on or what process needs to be followed constant restructuring the company - low employee morale silo - not very productive as each team does only what's good for them long hours - a lot of people don't take lunch Direct Energy is like a club of old people from all the companies it has acquired over the years. People have formed informal relationships which has corrupted a lot of the management decisions made.
