Management are rude and don’t treat the carers like people. Pile on loads of work. Have you working from 6am until 11pm sometimes, despite saying you will be out no later than 10pm. On call phone never answered. No confidentiality about staff or about service users. A mentally draining place to work, and the pay just doesn’t cover it.
