Managment likes to rapid hire and promote people based on proximity rather than skill or merit whichever leads to a climate culture built on sucking up and puts people with little experiance in postions of authority with little skills to do so. Senior managment is a JOKE and is never on site and genuinly spends more time away drinking and trying to run the site via teams from the bar.
