This company stands out as the worst I've worked for. They exploit customers through deceptive processes and rules. Despite regulatory intervention, non-managerial staff face consequences for errors, while external motor engineers are expected to work magic. Bullying tactics led to the unjust layoff of skilled motor engineers initially. Direct Line Group managers exhibit mafia-like behavior. Hopefully, a new CEO can recognise this and remove these outdated figures with no regard for employee experience, replacing bullying with a people-centric approach.
