Lots of food, good people, caring environment that puts people first.

Can be understaffed and over demanding very quickly when too many projects come in at once.

Easy hired, flexible, nice building, donuts

Direct Source is very inconsistent with the work flow. No sense of direction and or training. No leadership or guide. They hired what they need and disposed of their team when they no longer benefit the organization. Will throw you under the bus for their mistakes and poor training. Favoritism within the company and promotes who they like. No room for growth to least favorite person. Spends money on food trucks but refused to raise pay or focus on bettering the team. Horrible management and no room to talk freely or send in concerns because they will find any excuse to fire you if you expressed too much of an opinion. A lot of micro managing. A company with the motto of “your opinions don’t matter and your feelings are invalid, you just need to take the unfairness and do your job”. Do not recommend.
