The office smells faintly of old coffee and regret — a true ambiance for “inspiration.” Tasks are handed out like fortune cookies: mysterious, meaningless, and gone as soon as they arrive. Meetings exist to remind you that everyone else is also confused about what “work” really means here. Your productivity is measured in memes shared and emails avoided, not results. Creativity and initiative are actively punished — why think when you can copy-paste?

No proper written policies exist; the company functions more like an unorganized shop than a professional IT firm. Extremely rigid about punctuality—being a few minutes late brings interruptions, but the extra hours you work are neither acknowledged nor compensated. Workplace culture encourages sycophancy. If you cannot flatter the senior management, survival becomes difficult. Office politics runs deep, even at the director level. Employees who are straightforward, hardworking, and ask for fair appraisals face constant fault-finding and even risk termination, regardless of their years of contribution. Appraisal processes are biased and face-driven. Decisions are not based on year-round performance but rather on favoritism and flattery. Often, appraisals are delayed by months with excuses like “complete this task, then we’ll sit.” Leaves, time, and attitude are closely monitored to penalize rather than support employees. The overall environment is extremely toxic, demotivating, and hostile to genuine talent.
