The coworkers are great and the environment is friendly and encouraging.

Being a smaller company, there's not always room for advancement.

Aren’t really any pros besides the fact that the pay is decent, but I think the only reason the pay is decent is to tolerate the way you are treated at this company.

The CEO has no idea what is going on with his company. His sister-in-law is actually the one that runs the company which is a little sad because she is very mean to the people that work below her. The vice president of operations and the HR person will have a meeting with the CEO and come back and tell everyone what the meeting was about which also causes a lot of problems. 4 or 5 people left the company within months of each other. Very toxic environment.
