Higher Managemnt all know each other in real life or are family. When you got o some one with a problem you a re punished. No room for growth. When you tell people you prefer not to work with someone because all they talk about while training you is there sex life your punished. Not organized. Company is everywhere. People smoking on camera during team meeting and cursing.
