Great company culture, team environment, long time employees as well as excellent benefits

Some improvements need to be made to streamline organizational processes which is pretty standard and is in progress so not necessarily a con just area of improvement

Not only is a family environment but people really care for one another. I get to bring my dog to work which is a big plus for me. Being a small company gives you the opportunity of knowing everyone in the company and learn from them which turns you in to a more skilled person. Health insurance for me and my family is fully cover by the company. The company welcomes all the people willing to be a more knowledgeable and skilled person which will make the company grow even more. If you are a hard worker and your actual company don't see it, this will be your spot. Don't let the opportunity to shine go away and come work for a company that really appreciate your dedication and loyalty and take advantage of all the benefits we already enjoy.

There is one thing i don't like and that is the 45mins drive from Los Angeles to Harbor City. I hate driving on the 110freway.
