This is a hire and fire company, let me tell you my genuine experience(many others also faced the same) Last year they had 150-200 employees within one year they just doubled their employee count(I guess due to gaining some good projects they had to show good count) after that they were not able to manage those employees and Fired 30% employees including new and old also. Most of the top management is from family and friends, you will get lots of favoritism. They simply fire without giving any logical reason and if you want to discuss with management for this they tell its from the client side and not from management(I still wonder how the client knows abt my capabilities being B2B organization). Regarding tech skills they make you join for a particular skill and expect you to work on other's tickets also though it is not from your domain, and without any KT and anything they expect you to know their code from the first of joining. Its and LMS platform but still invest 0 in own employee's training and development and expect everyone to give their 200% without having work life balance. They make you join giving lots of false promises, you will get permanent WFH no matter what & very good opportunities in terms of professional skill after that the person who said this himself left the job and they tell like now policies changed you have to come at any cost. They expect their employees to give only good feedback everywhere so others could also fall in this trap.
