A company run by friends and family, who are having fun at the investors' and employees' cost. - CHRO is the co-founder's school mate: Totally unfit to be a CHRO. Just pure gossip. She is totally clueless about what's happening with the employees. - CTO is the brother of the CEO. Lacks any sense in what he talks. He went to Amazon, lost his job there and came back to his family business. - CSO is the co-founder's college mate. Totally good for nothing. Total waste - not worth commenting. - CFO is just a mouth piece of the investors. The previous CFO was a gem and handled things like a breeze. The current guy is an absolute dummy piece of the US investors. - HR is forcing current employees to write good reviews, so don't believe all the good ratings here. They only know to hire and fire employees. They don't know how to run the business.
